PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Koreelah, Byron Bay, is set on 100 acres of tropical beauty while being located only a 4 minute drive into town.
You will be able to relax in complete seclusion or dip into the vibrant life that Byron Bay offers.

The house is nestled in a perfect position on the property to ensure your complete privacy. Unlike many other hinterland homes there are no other houses nearby. The views are sensational, see Mt Warning and the surrounding mountains as well as coastal glimpses. The light house light shines over the property at night.

Koreelah is a large arts and a crafts style home which was built in 1910 and has had a sympathetic renovation, the result is relaxed retreat with the perfect amount of luxury. All rooms open onto verandahs, with a large covered entertaining area overlooking the 16 meter pool. The layout of the house is flexible with a total of 5 bedrooms.

HOUSE RULES

Please note that all our homes have no party policies as noise travels to neighbours easily in both residential and hinterland areas. No extra guests are allowed to the houses and noise levels are to be respectful at all times. There is to be no outdoor music or outdoor entertaining after 10pm.

Noise complaints will result in bond deductions and possible eviction. We apologise for being so strict but noise is a serious issue in the Byron Shire and keeping our neighbours happy is of paramount importance.
