The house is built on an area of 4.5 acres and consists of two buildings which can be sold either together or separately. It is located in the area of LIA – just above the beaches of Lia and Tsagaris. It is oriented to the South and has an unobstructed view of 270 degrees. The islands of Paros, Naxos and Donousa can be seen from the verandas of the house. The distance from the two beaches can be covered by foot in about 5 - 7 minutes. By car it is obviously even quicker. There is plenty of room for a helipad. The house(s) essentially stand alone.
The house can be accessed by a private road.
The area of LIA has been declared as a “brown” area in Mykonos – which means that no new houses can be built.
The main house has an area of about 350 square meters – without its extensive network of storage rooms and water tanks. The ground floor consists of a living room with a fire place, a dining room, a kitchen with a cellar, a guest room en suite, and a W.C. The second floor consists of a master bedroom en suite with a walk-in closet and a room with a fire place that can be used either for a second bedroom or for a morning room or for a study. Both floors have verandas all around.
The secondary house covers three floors. On the ground floor there is a studio with a sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen. At the back there is a laundry room (which can be turned into a spa room) and room for central heating unit.
On the first floor there is a studio with a sitting room, dining room, bathroom and kitchenette.
The second floor consists of a bed-sitting room with a bathroom.
The house is finished externally. Internally it needs wiring, bathroom fixtures and kitchen furniture.
There is a swimming pool (8meters by 16 meters approximately) with overflow and sea view level.
No work has been done on the landscape. It has been determined that there is water that can be drawn through drilling.
There is a small half destroyed very old house on the grounds as well as a cave at the very back of the grounds.
All diversions from the issued permit have been legalized in accordance with the relevant laws passed recently.
