The fireplace in the living room was completely restored with the original bricks and a built-in entertainment center with bookshelves is disguised behind historic designed panels. Custom is the operative word here with all cabinets and woodwork specifically designed for this home. An archway separates the living room bar and leads to one of the most enjoyable rooms in the house, the sunroom. It is appropriately named because light fills the room through large antique windows which uniquely move downward into the walls of the room. Back to the archway in the living room and the dining room beyond. It is large, white, bright, spacious with a huge butcher block center island, built in desk area room for a dining room kitchen. The well designed custom cabinets provide storage for everything. A 12' x 28' deck beyond the kitchen overlooks the side garden. It has a unique summer design which is a pleasant, creative design. Steps down from the kitchen lead to a lower level with powder room, second laundry room and coat closet along with an en suite bedroom and huge walk in closet. Though the house only had an original front stairway, when the addition was built a second stairway to the back of the house and to the lower level was added.
