The historical Complex of Villa Noblesse, an Italian National Monument, is located along the way from Spoleto to Montefalco, perched up on a hill and surrounded by olive trees, with a 360 degree outlook from Spoleto to Assisi. Designed by the great architect Giuseppe Valadier, its rich history dates back to the late 1700's.
It is centrally located, close to the main Umbrian cities.
The complex is composed by a main VILLA, a nearby ANNEX, a COTTAGE, a private CHAPEL. Large monumental PARK with 2 pools. Perfect location for family reunions, meetings, special events such as weddings or anniversaries.
DESCRIPTION OF VILLA COMPLEX:
THE MONUMENTAL PARK with 2 swimming pools
Large monumental Park surrounding all buildings. Centenary hedges laying, secular trees, two vast symmetrical
Gazebos in wrought iron made as rose garden, a large elliptic esplanade in front of the facade encircled by twowall exedras which open to two opposite “belvedere” with a panoramic view of the countryside leading towards the valley. At the back of the main building stands the villa's private Chapel and on the south side of the park a Secret Garden with architectonic elements as walls, stairs, a fountain, a small temple and a meridian. On the west edge of the hill, facing Spoleto, surrounded by olive groves, a large, sun drenched swimming pool. A swimming pol at easy walking distance.
Just out side of the Villa’s South gate, independent but within the property, the Diamond Cottage is a typical
country house on two levels, updated with tasteful elegance and comfort and with its private pool.
THE VILLA, main building
On the ground floor of the Villa a large hall decorated with ancient frescoes, a large living room with pool table,
the Dodecahedron Star main lounge which overlooks the park and the large central courtyard onto which the
dining room and a double well equipped kitchen, a stairs hall with the elevator and services (2 lavatory and
toilets on the ground floor). On the north side towards the Annex building, two other entrance hall with the
access to the cellar and the pantries and other services. At the Upper floor (Piano Nobile) as well as various
lounges equipped and decorated, a magnificent terrace and the numeorus bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Full accommodation barbecue available.

THE ANNEX of the VILLA
The Villa and the Annex are two neighbouring buildings internally connected by an underground tunnel.
traditionally called “Casino delle Vecchie Cucine” - "Oldie Kitchens", is a three-storey building
which originally housed the Villa's kitchens and most of the service rooms. The second floor of the Oldie
Kitchens are directly connected to the Villa's ground floor by way of a spacious tunnel dug into the hill which
goes down to a separate spacious garden, the sunset Square (Piazzale del Tramonto). The building has a more
linear plan and sits on the NW side of the hill, offering a magnificent view over the valley at sunset time, facing
Montefalco and Assisi. Down the square a small building, the workshop lab, originally a tool and carriage shed
and now an art studio that can include the external area as an additional studio space. The Oldie Kitchens can
be accessed independently from the Villa through the "Viale dei Gelsi" (Mulberry Lane) from where the view of
the valley at sunset is breathtaking.
Annex: 3 rooms available with the possibility to host up to 6 guests (8 with thirds beds). Bedrooms in Annex: 1
double; 2 tween/double. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and have ensuite private bathrooms.

Down the square a small building, the workshop lab, originally a tool and carriage shed and now an art studio that can include the external area of the garden as an additional studio space.
Studio room: spacious, very quite and bright room with wonderful view of the North west side of Spoleto Valley – towards sunset light. At the moment is equipped as a gym room; on request can be equipped to work with tables and chairs, some comfortable sittings , wifi and coffee corner; suitable also for meetings. With heating and air conditioning and wifi. A private bathroom is available close by, with shower.
Extra Possible Space
According to enlarge the accommodations, within the estate is possible to rent the Cottage, a separate farmhouse inside the property: an old stone house tastefully decorated and very well equipped with 4 double bedrooms and 3 baths (8-9 pax). Adjacent to the Villa's South gate, the cottage stands among olive groves on 10 hectars of terraced land with fruit trees and hardwoods. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool on the sundrenched terrace facing the cottage.
It is possible to rent the whole complex or individual parts with different service packages for your unique personalized holidays. The Main Villa alone or with the Annex or part of it (as the so called Bianchina apartment, the classrooms or the art studios); both the building are inside the Monumental Park and have access to the main swimming pool. It is possible to rent the Private Chapel and, on request, the Cottage indipendent but within the property.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE STAY
Welcome assistance and house steward available on request everyday (except on Sunday) from 8AM to
noon; pool cleaning service and gardener 4 hours a day; change of linen and towels and room cleaning
every 3 days, final housecleaning.

Adjacent to the villa’s south gate, the cottage stands among olive groves on 10 hectares of terraced land graced by fruit trees and hardwoods. Access to the cottage is independent from the villa. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool on the sun-drenched terrace facing the cottage, from where the view towards Spoleto is magnificent. Normally rented on a weekly basis from Saturday.
