Ethan began his real estate career as a project manager for a Fortune 500 homebuilder in the metro area of New York. There he managed both sales and construction teams, and was responsible for the delivery of over 300 units of luxury condos, town-homes, and single family homes. After six years in New York, an opportunity with a Denver-based corporate housing start-up brought Ethan to Colorado. After a few years spent exploring the neighborhoods of Denver and Boulder with his wife, and a little bit of introspection, Ethan decided to leverage his skill set and passion for real estate and become a Realtor.a decision he is supremely proud of. "These experiences have both sharpened my analytical tools and inspired a deep appreciation for how big a role a home plays in our lives; rarely do we commit so much emotionally and financially into something completely inanimate." Ethan has kept this perspective during his own personal real estate transactions, and it has only strengthened with time. He firmly believes that the process of buying and selling real estate must be treated with the respect it deserves.
