Bryan moved back to Aspen in 1999 to become the head coach at Aspen Valley Ski Club after coaching at the University of Vermont, St. Lawrence University, and Crested Butte for many years. He also grew up in the folds of his family's real estate and development business. His focus is in residential resort sales and in resort development properties around the mountain west. Whether you’re looking to sell or buy a home in the Aspen area or a slope-side vertical condominium development in a premier resort location, Bryan can help you. He knows most of the ski resort areas in North America inside and out and has the contacts and experience to facilitate almost any need – whether it is a development property, commercial investment, or a mountain residence of your own. "I try to play to my strengths as to and are most useful to my clients. Because of opportunities I had as an athlete, coach, and growing up in a resort area around the real estate business, I tend to think outside the box. Getting people excited about owning a property in the Aspen valley isn't difficult because I have chosen to make a life here myself. This is after coaching in or traveling to most of the winter resorts in North America and the world. Selling Aspen/Snowmass isn’t difficult with this bandwidth of experience to draw from. Every resort town and location has its own lifestyle amenities, economics, and market, so I enjoy understanding and servicing the needs of clients who are selling, buying, or want development opportunities. I count on my life experience Like athletics, setting realistic goals with clients, creating the steps around those goals, and then executing. This has always been my recipe for success. The mountain resort world and lifestyle are my box."

If you need not only a good broker, but a competent facilitator, give him a call. Odds are he'll be able to help you with any need in a discreet manner.
