Michelle Mackelprang views her role in assisting buyers and sellers as more than a career - to her it's also a responsibility and an opportunity to make a positive impact on other's lives. Michelle is known for her friendly attitude, her cooperative spirit, and her love of bringing the buyer and seller together. But when her clients' interests are at stake, her intense loyalty, tenacity, negotiating skills, and "out of the box" problem solving abilities come to the forefront.

She never tires of meeting new people, exploring homes and vacant land, searching for just the right property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a real estate transaction. She enjoys the variety that a career in real estate affords whether her clients are first time buyers or sellers or experienced investors, she considers it her duty to promote and protect their best interests.

Michelle specializes in residential luxury homes, investment properties and new construction. Her 15 years has made her an expert in the fields of resort living, master planned communities, new development, and construction with an emphasis in luxury homes.

Michelle has a Bachelor of Science degree and teaching credential from Utah State University. A resident of the St. George area for the last 12 years, Michelle feels fortunate to have also worked as a real estate professional in the Salt Lake City and Park City areas of Utah. In her spare time she enjoys golfing, water and snow skiing, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
