Traditionally educated with a degree from Texas Christian University and achieving an MBA from University of North Texas, Todd's pre-real estate experience began in the human resources management field where he specialized in recruiting, domestic and international relocation, and ex-patriot remuneration. This experience has given him great appreciation for the difficult and time consuming process of relocation. Todd strives to ease the anxiety of relocating by being a helpful resource for information and thoughtfully guiding his clients though the real estate process.

“We recently worked with Mr. Groth to sell our home in Denver located at 2600 West Dorado Drive #22. Our experience was so positive we want to let you know you have a very accomplished Realtor in Todd. Our situation presented some challenges, and Todd rose up to meet each of them with a “can do” attitude. First, our home had had extensive repairs and renovations made during our ownership, which made prospective buyers skittish about buying the property. We knew the work we had done by professionals was sound and that the property was well worth the value we placed on it. Todd studied the plan of repair and had substantive conversations with our attorney, so he could speak well to our issues and linked up buyers with our attorney and engineer.
