First of all, showing up to a listing appointment with the "Corporate Luxury Marketing Specialist" was huge, as well as having Alex speak to the strength in our affiliations and reach which was one of the main points I wanted to present. This client has a beautiful 3 mil home which was listed with another agent from another company for two years. Besides everything I could bring to the table, which I did present, having explained how our we could expose his home worldwide by Alex was I felt was quite impressive. Additionally, Alex could not have been more willing to sit down with me and review my listing presentation and ask how he could be helpful to me. Pulling together valuable information, thinking about the physical presentation of the Christies, etc. marketing collateral, I can not tell you how much I appreciated his assistance. We are so lucky to have so many resources at HNR. All of it is very well organized on myhnr.com and personally something I go to frequently. However, having a "specialist" right there with me, providing such valuable information, was huge. My client is a high profile businessman and I know he was very impressed.
