We brought in Jason in when a previous realtor was having a hard time reaching buyers for our home. This was understandable, given our asking price, however, we wanted a realtor with a larger reach. With the previous realtor we had only three showings in two months, none of which he set up. Jason was able to list our home in many more venues and after three weeks, we had over 20 showings, several of which came back for a second look. Within a month and a half we had an offer and Jason worked with us to refine it and manage the rather painful negotiations with the buyers. We were admittedly not the best of clients since we are building a home and had a very definite time line we needed to make on the house sale. Jason met our deadline and managed a sale price that was close to our asking price...this in spite of a down market for homes like ours. We are very pleased with Jason and would recommend him to anyone in need of the best Realtor in the business in our minds.
