Claudia Garza’s combination of 23 years of sales, marketing and design experience makes her an exceptional real estate broker who is focused on customer service to produce optimal results. Her superior work ethic and attention to her clients’ needs and goals continues to earn her a variety of accolades, including the Denver Board of Realtors’ Roundtable of Excellence award and the #1 Sales Producer award for LIV Sotheby’s International Realty.

While experienced in most of the Denver Metro area, Claudia has a high percentage of sales and purchases in Country Club, Bonnie Brae, Washington Park, Cherry Hills, Congress Park, Hill Top, Crestmoor, Park Hill, Lowry, Stapleton and the Highlands areas. She currently lives in Washington Park with her husband, Fred, a Colorado native and her daughter, Isabella who attends Tulane University.

Claudia’s Finance and International Business degrees from The University of Texas, and earlier career as a financial analyst in Dallas, provides her with the valuable finance and strategic skills set for Denver’s fast-paced and ever-changing market environment. Her clients know they have a real estate partner who looks out for their best interests and will innovatively develop real estate solutions to position their goals.

Committed to giving back to her community, Claudia uses her sales strengths to fundraise for causes like ovarian cancer, juvenile diabetes, and Museo de Las Americas. She continues to mentor an East High School graduate and is active on the Denver Ballet Guild. She also hosted an international high school student who attended East High School.

Claudia’s alliance with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty exemplifies her commitment to excellence. Sotheby’s global marketing presence is critical in this market where migration to Denver includes both national and international buyers. She is a native of Mexico, who uses her fluency in English and Spanish to serve clients in either language.

Claudia is an avid skier, tennis player, yogi and recently took 1 st in the Mountain State Tango Competition in Denver.
