Tom and his wife, Denise are both licensed REALTORS® who play on each others strengths and talents and divide the work along those lines. Tom's background in mortgages and Denise's background in interior design often become part of the picture. Tom and Denise are very involved in the REALTOR® community which offers tremendous networking possibilities and many opportunities for continuing education. Tom was voted onto the South Metro Board of REALTORS® in 2001 and served a three year term. They believe that networking within the Realtor® community often helps with getting a transaction closed. Above all Tom and Denise are committed to providing you with hands on personal service. They feel it is their job to listen and truly understand the needs of the client and always consider those needs first. Client satisfaction is evident when you consider that referrals and repeat business contribute to more than half of their annual sales.
