Sean Ahearn has been committed to providing professional service for Kama’aina and mainland-based clients alike for over a decade. Real estate transactions can be complex and time-consuming; in most cases these require experienced guidance, local knowledge and a timely and efficient execution. Regardless of all the information available today to prospective Buyers and Sellers, you are well advised to align yourself with a real estate practitioner who has the proven ability to manage the process such that exposure is reduced and value is maximized in a seamless manner. Sean comes to real estate after a 15-year career in Software Sales and Executive Sales Management in the Bay Area where he had the opportunity to work with and for some of the world’s most highly regarded technology companies including IBM, during an exciting and transitive time in the industry. Like many longtime visitors who have always wanting to enjoy the island lifestyle, Sean moved to Kauai in the early 2000’s and initiated his real estate practice with Coldwell Banker Bali Hai Realty in 2003. During his ten years with the firm Sean was fortunate to be a Realtor of the Year recipient by the Kauai Board of Realtors and a Hawaii Business Magazine State of Hawaii Top 100 Realtors designee, as a result of his professionalism and nearly $100 Million in sales. Sean joined Elite Pacific Properties in 2014 as a Partner representing Kauai when he recognized their inherent value as a Hawaiian born and bred organization focused on quality properties state- wide with an emphasis on utilizing technology to streamline the process and the human element to provide outstanding service. Sean has served on the Board of Directors for Hawaii Information Services, the MLS provider for Kauai and Hawaii for the past 5 years, where he works closely with the organization in a strategy and policy setting role. Sean has also served on the Princeville II Design Review Committee for the past 10 years.
