I was born in the United Kingdom and after graduating high school I started working for a Container Leasing company in London. After working for Textainer for 2 years I was given an amazing opportunity to move to the United States of America in 1987. I started my adventure in New Jersey where I lived for 2 years and was then promoted and asked to relocate to San Francisco. This new position changed my life. My new role involved traveling across the country negotiating the yearly contracts with our customers. This experience gave me my skills for Real Estate today. I now reside in beautiful Scottsdale Arizona and have been in Real Estate since 2002. I work with both Sellers and Buyers and believe it is crucial to stay up to date with our ever-changing market and the financial side as well.

With over 18 years of experience, I pride myself with extreme knowledge and a caring dedication to my work. I do not work a specific price point and have sold Real Estate in many other cities in and around Scottsdale, including Gilbert, Chandler and to the West Peoria, Glendale and Surprise. I love to experience the different markets in these areas. I do however, work primarily in my home City of Scottsdale where I have raised our 3 wonderful children, Louie, Molly and Josie.

When working with sellers it is crucial to give them an overview from day one on what to expect and the process involved in selling their home. This can be quite emotional as many times they have raised children in their homes and are downsizing or on the other hand they are excited  that they need more square feet to add to their family. I feel that constant communication is the key to a great successful closing with unstressed clients at the finish line.

When working with buyers it is crucial to really listen to what the buyers needs are.  Are they staying in Arizona long term? Could there be a relocation in a few years? Are Children involved so schooling is important? Is this an investment deal, what will the returns be and resale value. Each buyer is so different, that's why listening is the key. I still to this day love when I hear and see my buyers face light up, when we have found them their dream home.

Negotiation is a skill that I have learned and mastered over many years. It is always my goal to get the best price for the side that I am representing but it is important to negotiate with a kind and respectful manner. People respond better to positive communication way more than an agent trying to be a bull in a china shop.
