A good portion of my business involves moving individuals and families in and out of Arizona and I enjoy it very much. Licensed as a Real Estate Professional since 1980 Licensed as a Real Estate Broker in Arizona since 1993 Have been licensed in Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma I thrive on the art of negotiation and act on the wants and needs of buyers and sellers and this has earned me a long lasting and fulfilling career. I am passionate about assisting my clients to achieve their goals in home selling and purchasing. I'm always willing to devote the necessary time and go the extra mile for my clients which has earned me respect and friendship. I've closed and assisted in closing literally “countless millions of dollars” of residential land, new homes and resale transactions. I'm highly respected and well known in the industry and I know the general Phoenix Valley quite well. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my son and daughter-in-law, my two beloved rescue dogs and working out at CrossFit. A game of golf, a good book, travel, and socializing with friends also fits into my lifestyle.
