"The only place success comes before work is in the dictionary." Purchasing a first, second or third home is the largest investment one will ever make; enabling that purchase to be the optimum experience for my clients is a goal I always achieve, through experience and hard work. By embracing challenges and listening closely to each client's needs and long-term objectives, I have earned my customers' business now and in the future. Both during and after the transaction I remain an invaluable resource for information on schools, churches and synagogues, doctors, lawyers, various sports, cultural events, responsible service people and virtually any other type of reference my clients may need. The relationships I have developed throughout the years with my clientele, referrals and company have served to make my "work" a joy. The types and values of properties I sell are as diverse as my valued and loyal clients. My home base is Scottsdale, but I buy and sell all over the valley, including in master-planned and active adult communities. Properties such as single-family homes, condos, townhomes, real-estate investments, new construction and builder communities in our urban areas has been my mainstay in real estate. I have worked with many Canadian purchasers, relocation clients, first-time homebuyers and current homeowners who wish to take advantage of the tax credits offered today. In this ever-changing world of real estate it is imperative to remain current and adapt to present market conditions. I continually seek education, develop new skills and maintain the attributes that have proven to make my career as a Realtor a success. To this end, I recently earned my SFR certification as a Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative, the only designation in this category recognized by the National Association of Realtors. I also hold a B.S. in Education from Cortland State University and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Adelphi University.
