Born in the North West of England I grew up in a very small village. Married at 21 and gave birth to a baby girl and boy five and eight years later. Trained on a switchboard at the post office and then moved on to a Local Government position. I moved with my husband and two children to the United States in 1994. Once getting my green card I acquired a Management position for an advertising /PR company in Massachusetts. I learned a great deal from my bosses about PR and how to work with people on a very personal level. I worked for them for six years and then moved to Arizona. My goal was to become a Realtor. I started my studies immediately after we moved here and was able to pass all the test in a short period of time and acquire my credentials.
I have worked at three Brokerages and Russ Lyon Sotheby's International Realty is by far the best Company I have worked at. I received my Broker license in 2007. I love the challenge of finding the perfect home for my clients. Most of my clients have praised me that I go above and beyond their expectations. I have excellent listening skills and I am very performance, service and results orientated. During the housing crisis I was able to close 53 short sales. I was negotiating with all the big banks and helping out distressed home sellers, when most agents were afraid to take them on.
I am knowledgeable in Re-sale, New Home Sales and land. I have set my self very high standards at writing the contract and negotiating the deal.
Have you worked with Judith Traynor before and want to write a testimonial on their behalf?
