Nikki Halle

NIKKI HALLE is an entrepreneur by nature. She began her first successful entrepreneurial endeavor while still in college. Graduating from Arizona State University in 1988, she was awarded the CLAS (College of Liberal Arts & Science) Alumni Leader of the Year in 2018.

The sale of her first business, BMOC, a full-scale screen-printing company geared toward college students, small businesses, clubs and team sportswear set the stage for her to create and sell a total of five businesses throughout her professional career.

As a young person, Nikki was inspired by watching her entrepreneurial parents. Her mother’s successful real estate career and her father’s chain of family restaurants in Michigan influenced her career choices. Always interested in the many aspects of real estate and with a talent for marketing, in 1997 she accepted a position as the Director of Marketing for Rancho Vistoso, a master-planned development located in Tucson, Arizona. This led her to obtaining her real estate license and pursuing other opportunities. The entrepreneur’s spirit once again took center stage. She purchased a Windermere Real Estate franchise, which she owned and operated for several years before selling it to RealEstate.com.

Nikki’s enthusiasm for all aspects of real estate, and her genuine desire to help people achieve their dreams, resulted in her enjoying great success in the field. She was a consecutive top producer with the Tucson Association of REALTORS® for 20 years. Although she is no longer actively sells real estate, she uses her extensive knowledge in the field and works as a consultant for developers, builders, and homeowners in the industry. She is proud to be associated with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty.

In 2018 she was appointed as Federal Political Coordinator representing District 2, AZ for the National Association of Realtors, and is currently serving as Congressman Juan Ciscomani’s FPC for District 6, AZ.

Nikki believes in the importance of giving back and she is committed to numerous philanthropic endeavors.
