Description

Pat enjoys leveraging her extensive business and consulting experience to help her clients navigate the often challenging process of buying, selling, and financing real estate. She believes it is important to build relationships with her clients, ensuring that she is there for them throughout their real estate transactions and beyond. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Pat had a successful career in financial services in New York, including strategic management positions at Chase, and serving as Senior Vice President in Strategic Development at Equitable Life and AXA Financial. In 2006 Pat and her family relocated to Scottsdale from Ridgewood, NJ, and she ran a successful strategic development consulting practice. Shortly after Pat joined Russ Lyon Sotheby's in 2011, she and her partner Janet Pennewell launched Pennewell Simpson Partners. Both Pat and her partner Janet are committed to providing the highest level of service to their clients. Pat lives in DC Ranch with her husband, and is the mother of 3 children one in college and two recent college grads. She and her husband enjoy golf, hiking - especially in the McDowell Mountains, and travel. Pat also loves sewing and home decor, and enjoys visiting all the cute little spots in the Scottsdale area where you can find one of a kind decor items. Pat has a long history of community service. She currently serves on the Board of two Phoenix charities - Circle the City, and Family Promise of Greater Phoenix. She has chaired outreach events at St. Patrick's Catholic Community in Scottsdale and served on the board of the Notre Dame Prep Mothers Guild in Scottsdale. Pat has a BA in economics and psychology from Brooklyn College and an MBA from New York University. She is a licensed Realtor® in Arizona.
