For over 25 years Kenneth Scheff has worked with and managed some of the finest agents in the industry. Currently the manager of Stribling’s uptown office on Madison Avenue, Ken heads one of the most successful offices in New York City.
Every day, Ken works closely with the extraordinarily talented agents, managers, and staff at Stribling to maintain a caring, ethical, and professional environment. He is known for his deep knowledge of the market, his ability to be both direct and kind, and for his insightful and practical advice.
Ken has served as co-chair of the Board of Directors of the residential division of the Real Estate Board of New York and is a frequent guest instructor there.
A successful agent in Greenwich Village, Ken was named the manager of his office in 1995. He was soon promoted to manage a larger office on the Upper West Side. In 2003 Ken joined Stribling as the manager of the Chelsea and Tribeca offices. He became the uptown manager in 2008.
Ken received a B.A. (History) from Columbia and an M.B.A. (Marketing) from NYU. Currently a resident of Morningside Heights, he was raised in the suburbs of New York and has since college lived in the East Village, the West Village, the Upper East Side and the Upper West Side.
