Rande Turner

Rande has called Southern California his home for over 50 years.  With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, including renovation and development experience in California, Mexico and Hawaii, he is quickly able to identify flaws that would make a house a poor investment. At the same time, he has the construction knowledge to assist sellers in preparing, staging and decorating their North County San Diego homes for the most appealing presentation.

Rande and his wife, Erin Rousey-Turner are residents of Del Mar and have been working together in the real estate industry for over four years.  They are very active in the community where Rande’s two boys attend school.  Rande was instrumental in starting The Miracle League of San Diego, providing children with special needs the opportunity to play baseball in an organized league in Del Mar, CA. He currently is a board member of  The Miracle League and the United Cerebral Palsy of San Diego Foundation.   Erin is passionate about animal rescue and works tirelessly to save animals from a number of high-kill shelters in Southern California.
