  • Lots of people think they want to move to the mountains, and in particular Park City. Dena took me seriously. She was patient as I learned the neighborhoods and zeroed in on what I wanted. She was digitally and literally tireless in finding properties that fit my requirements. She kept in touch and kept the process going across geography and time zones. She provided expertise and guidance every step of the way to a successful offer and a smooth closing. Professional, friendly, knowledgable, practical and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for your own place in PC, I highly recommend working with Dena Eytan at Summit Sotheby's.

  • We cannot speak more highly of our real estate agent, Dena Eytan of Sotheby’s. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable about the Park City/Deer Valley real estate market, very diligent and hard working, but most importantly, one of the nicest people you will ever meet. And in our case, she showed another important trait – patience. We first started looking at real estate in Deer Valley in the winter of 2013-14, and probably looked at more than 50 properties with Dena. We wrote offers on at least 7 of them, even agreeing on price in one instance before we backed away for reasons totally unrelated to Dena or the excellent job she did to put us in that position. And it wasn’t just finding listings, screening out the ones she knew we wouldn’t like, preparing comps for us on the ones she thought we might like, and then taking us on tours whenever we weren’t on the mountain. It was also communicating with us, by e-mail and by phone, every step of the way. For 3 years this went on, as there wasn’t anything that met all of our criteria for a second home – price, value, location, ease of ownership, and enough space for our family and guests. Finally, with Dena’s assistance and encouragement, we considered something completely different – a single-family residence off the mountain – and within a couple of weeks were in escrow on a beautiful house in Promontory. We just closed escrow last week, and couldn’t be more thrilled with our purchase or more appreciative to Dena for all of her effort and guidance over the past 3 years. Thank you Dena!

  • I have known Dena Eytan for approximately 8 years. When I was married, I met Dena at an open house for Arrowleaf, a premiere condo complex in Empire Pass, Deer Valley, developed by East West Partners. It took a while for my wife and I to fall in love with the project and Dena was instrumental in getting us the right condo and the right deal. Dena was attentive, knowledgeable, thorough, and entirely represented our interest, notwithstanding she also represented the developer. I truly felt Dena had my back, even though it was her responsibility to represent both sides of the transaction. This takes quite a bit of finesse, as Arrowleaf was to be a major purchase for my then wife and I, and I am a lawyer! Dena is honest. She has immense integrity. She was objective, helping me sift through the many choices we had for purchase of a premiere property in Deer Valley. After the condo purchase, I have returned to Dena to counsel me on possible sale of some of our Deer Valley properties (not the property she sold us). Her advice has always been spot on, in one case convincing us not to sell at that moment even though the sale would have benefited her. I would use Dena in any future dealings I would highly recommend Dena as a realtor.

  • Dena Eytan rates tops as a Realtor on many levels. First and foremost for me is honesty and integrity. Dena has always demonstrated that she has my back. As an out of town buyer she has steered me in the right direction of what properties to look at and what is a fair market price. She counseled me during negotiations to get the best possible deal. Today I own a great Condo in Deer Valley at what I think is the best building and have seen it appreciate substantially in a very short time. Buying a second home was a big step for me, and I feel confident at this point that it has and will pay off on all levels. Dena is an ultimate professional. Knowledgeable, efficient, and on top of all details. Prior to owning the property that I have now, she helped me to get out of a deal that would not have been good for me. I would use Dena in any future dealings, as a matter of fact she has already brought me a couple of prospective buyers for my place. But I think I will stay a little longer, because I really like it! I would highly recommend Dena as a realtor.
