I love where I live; I love to share what I love about the area. I love walking along the Cliffs of New Brighton Beach, West Cliff Drive, or on the Beach, watching the Whales, Dolphins, Sea Otters and more. I have lived in Capitola for over 30 years, I feel so fortunate.

I thoroughly enjoy being a Realtor, whether meeting new people or working with long time clients. I feel it is very important to communicate the real estate process to my clients. I want them to understand every part of the transaction to help them make informed decisions. Being creative and a team player really helps when working together for the benefit of all for the successful close of escrow and beyond.

Our Santa Cruz community offers many opportunities in our wonderful County. There are so many activities to enjoy here, there is something for everyone. We are a short drive, walk/run, bike ride, and skateboard to so many great activities. So much to do, fishing, world class surfing, stand up paddle board, kayaking, outrigger canoeing, many people just enjoy sitting on the sand. Let’s not forget the beautiful mountains with hiking, mountain biking, nature walks, stream and river fishing. Did you know that there are 12 State Parks in Santa Cruz County? What is not to love, art, museums, wineries, Farmers Markets and the Boardwalk.

I am an original sponsor of She.is.beautiful , a yearly local 5K and 10K walk/run for women along West Cliff Drive, overlooking the ocean. The benefiting charity is the Walnut avenue Women's Center. It is a fun and empowering event in a beautiful location.
