Kelly Drum is a principal partner in Drum Realty, luxury waterfront specialists, selling exclusive commercial and residential properties using both traditional and auction methods. Since 1948, Kelly’s family has been a leader in the recreational boating business and is considered a pioneering presence in South Florida, known as the yachting capital of the world. His family’s Lauderdale Marina, of which Kelly is co-owner and vice president, is home to numerous marine-related businesses and provides dockage for yachts from around the world. With his family, Kelly is co-owner and president of the landmark 15th Street Fisheries restaurant located within Lauderdale Marina. Among his many marine-related projects, he is co-owner of of the Art Institute/Boat House property in Fort Lauderdale which consists of over 7.5 acres of waterfront property, a 40,000 sq ft covered mega-yacht facility, and a 70,000 sq ft office building.
