Originally from Virginia, Scott has been living and working full time in Costa Rica since 1998. Scott is a graduate from Hampden Sydney college with degrees in Political Science and Spanish. Scott has been with 2 Costa Rica since its inception and is arguably the most knowledgeable broker on the Central and South Pacific coast with an in depth knowledge and insight into the entire coast.
