We are very demanding and insisted on pricing our unit’s aggressively at the “top end of the market.” Valen and Jameson were total “class acts” and they were both amazing and so professional throughout the process. They showed us every buyers offer/offers and they were patient with us even when we refused to negotiate bids they presented to us under our listing price. Words cannot adequately express how satisfied and pleased we were with their handling of the sale of both of our units. We received “full asking price” on both units due to their ability to justify to the buyers the reasons our units were superior to the “comps” of similar units in our condo complex that were priced per square foot significantly less than our units.
