Pedro Ivo Hermida

Pedro Ivo Hermida (CEO - FEDERAL) is real estate broker, architect, urban planner, consultant, and professor. Specialist in real estate finance, and in marketing from Liverpool University. Influential in real estate transactions and civil construction activities, coordinating project and construction teams in the implementation and interface of different systems in real estate companies and construction industry. He works as professor in executive courses at FGV, teaching subjects in several areas. He is also member of several international entities, such as, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations (ICREA).
