My job is not one of sales, yet one of helping, guiding, facilitating, advising, and counseling.
I truly believe in the law of attraction, like attracts like. That is, like-minded people often find one another – seemingly by chance, but there is rhyme and reason to it. As a result, strong relationships are forged, thereby placing my clients and I in an advantageous position to tackle the real estate market together, whether it be buying, selling, investing, developing, et cetera. And through these processes, long term friendships and bonds are formed time and again and positive results are achieved being that the foundation to any successful real estate transaction is trust.
About me: I grew up in the foothills of Southwest Littleton and graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Accountancy and minors in Real Estate and Finance. Thereafter, my wife and I moved back to Colorado where my background has led me to be successful in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures throughout my career thus far.
More than anything I love being a husband and father to my two little ones. My family and I reside in the incredible little pocket of Aberdeen Village near Downtown Littleton. Outside of time with my family, I spend my free hours exploring the expanses of Colorado as an avid mountain biker, skier and motorcycle enthusiast as well as playing ice hockey twice a week, which has been a lifelong passion. I’ve also recently taken up playing the banjo, which has certainly proven to be difficult – slowly but surely! And the newest addition to our family is a French Bulldog, “Slash”.
In line with the 8z mission of striving to continually better the real estate industry, my mindset, background and ties to the community offer my clients a unique perspective to provide clarity, confidence and a sense of control over a process that may often seem uncontrollable.

Luke has been our family Realtor for over 7 years now. Luke helped us purchase our first home in Highlands Ranch, then also helped both my son's purchase their homes in Castle Rock. Luke is a dedicated, loyal, honest man who has the wisdom, knowledge, and gusto to get the client the perfect home. We never felt pressured or uncomfortable working with Luke. We have been very blessed to have Luke Corbitt as our family Realtor. He will be your best advocate and a great friend in the end.
Luke was referred to us by a friend when we initially considered selling our home 2 years ago. He came and toured our house and gave a comprehensive plan and strategy on how we would approach the sale to maximize profit. As it goes, we then started our family and decided to stay put for the time being until after our daughter was born - at which time we decided to relocate out of Colorado. Obviously as our plan became clearer, we reached back out to Luke without hesitation. His no-pressure and patient approach was perfect and felt like a good fit for us. With our plan to move out of state Luke had an excellent strategy that eased our stress by allowing us to leave first and immediately start a cascade of staging, photographs, etc to get our home listed within a week. We were under contract by the end of the weekend. Ultimately we profited nearly 60% on our home and Luke’s strategy got nearly 10% over asking - way more than we expected. His experience and expertise were invaluable and absolutely set him apart. His communication was also incredible and we always felt in the loop, updated and informed. In a town where real estate agents are a dime a dozen, Luke has positioned himself on top. He is competent, relatable, and professional. We can’t recommend him enough!!!
We really hit the jackpot working with Luke to sell our home in Denver - he made the process so easy and as stress free as possible. From helping us stage our home for showings to keeping us informed through the entire process, Luke was such a joy to work with. He is honest and straightforward, exactly what you want in an agent! I loved the videos and extra explanation of price sheets and contracts. I always felt at ease knowing Luke was working behind the scenes to get our house sold for top dollar. I strongly recommend reaching out to Luke if you're buying or selling in the Front Range!
We recently purchased a home with Luke, and we would highly recommend him. Luke, as a broker and agent, was very knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions - even questions coming from our family members who are real estate agents and brokers themselves in another state. We never felt that Luke was trying to persuade us into buying a certain home. Luke's experience and connections with other agents allowed him to craft an offer on a home for us at a price with which we were very pleased. Luke was very punctual, flexible, and responsive throughout the process, even after the close. We will work with Luke again when we decide to sell/buy in the future.
Luke is a fantastic Realtor. He was so patient with us while we navigated the 2022-2023 real estate market. He always made himself available to answer questions and quickly provided information we requested. Once we were under contract, Luke was extremely responsive to us and as the intermediary with the seller's agent. He assisted us with understanding required due diligence post-inspection and approached us with solutions when the seller pushed back on our inspection objection. Luke's patient and calm demeanor eased the stressful home buying experience for us and we are grateful. In addition to Luke, the entire 8z team that we worked with for the mortgage and during the close process were also fantastic.
Have you worked with Luke Corbitt before and want to write a testimonial on their behalf?
