Mimi Webster

With a keen eye for design and a passion for connecting her clients with the ideal property for their unique lifestyle, Mimi Webster is an experienced real estate professional serving the greater St. George area of Southern Utah. Mimi grew up in Colorado Springs, CO with a strong love for design, being active outdoors and spending time in nature. After high school, Mimi moved to Laguna Beach, CA and attended California State University Long Beach where she majored in Journalism.

Prior to entering the world of real estate, Mimi spent time working in the beauty and fashion retail industry, eventually moving into store management. Over the course of a successful 29-year career, she would take on the roles of District Manager and Regional Director for several companies, including Talbots and Limited Brands. During this time, Mimi moved to Portland, OR where she discovered (and fell in love with) the Pacific Northwest, spending her free time hiking and exploring Oregon’s rugged coastline.

While still living in Portland, Mimi felt a familiar pull back towards design and architecture—her mother had been a commercial interior designer, inspiring and cheering Mimi’s earliest design pursuits throughout childhood. Following her passion, Mimi left the retail industry after a successful decades-long career and took time off to pursue her Oregon real estate license. She began her career working with Windermere Realty Trust in Lake Oswego, OR in 2018.

In October 2021, after helping many clients find their perfect homes in the Pacific Northwest, Mimi and her husband Les (along with their dog Gracie), relocated to sunny St. George in Southern Utah to live closer to Mimi’s mother, and to connect with a close friend—who happened to be a sales professional with luxury real estate brokerage Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Mimi would choose to join the Utah-based Sotheby’s Realty affiliate soon after, once she learned about their unmatched services, history of excellence, and true global reach they offer clients. Now directly supported by and aligned with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, Mimi is able to offer the highest level of expertise and real estate services.

Mimi describes herself as optimistic, purposeful, and kind. She has built her business around relationships versus simple transactions. Mimi is dedicated, and goes all-in for her clients, advocating and professionally negotiating on their behalf. Following her business mantra that ‘It matters how you make them feel’, Mimi strives to build lasting relationships with her clients and colleagues as she acts as an advocate, partner, and trusted guide throughout each unique transaction.

When she’s not working in real estate, Mimi spends time outside playing pickle-ball with her friends and hiking in Southern Utah’s beautiful red rock desert with her husband Les and their Golden Retriever, Gracie.
