Kimberly Heilman

Kim Heilman was born and raised in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. She has twelve years experience working in property management; both in Texas and South Florida, and has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Texas for over 13 years. Kim exhibits a high level of customer service, loyalty and integrity, with a passion for helping others. Kim aligned herself with Engel & Voelkers in Southlake with a major focus to expand her real estate services and help clients on a global and local scale.

Kim uses her expertise working with Buyers and Sellers specializing in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, as well as with Investors and Developers. She is very familiar with the North Texas area and sells real estate all over the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex. Kim currently resides in Trophy Club and is very involved in the community. She is also partners in Los Compadres Mexican Cantina; a local restaurant in downtown Ronoake, aka the "Unique Dining Capital of Texas'.
