We started our search ten months before finding our perfect home. Chris and Tom were amazing through the whole process and very patient with us as we were making offers from Washington State and not seen most of the homes in person. We were referred to them by a number of our fiends that had purchased homes in the past. We had faith and confidence that they would only show us homes in our desired location and price range during this crazy housing market. They were also honest enough to tell
us if we were looking at homes that would not have a good resale value or were not in a good location.
Chris and Tom from the Bergsma-Triscari Group represented us in finding the perfect home in La Quinta. Due to the lack of inventory and strong demand, this was not an easy task. Being that our primary home is in the Seattle area also added to the complexity. We’ve done many real estate transactions but never from long distance. Chris and Tom were very patient with us. We first met them in person to discuss our goals. They were good listeners and were able to identify homes that were potential fits.
Over the next five months, we patiently waited and also bid on a couple homes that got bid up substantially that did not work.
They were always ready and willing to do a facetime walk through of prospective homes. Ultimately, our wait paid off we found a home that we absolutely love. This home was above our original budget, but Chris was able to negotiate price and terms that secured the deal for us and met our budget. We flew down to finalize the details and Chris was able to call in a favor for a quick pre-inspection with only a two-hours notice that did not compromise our offer. This was very impressive and put our minds at ease. Chris and Tom were referred to us by two other Seattle friends and they both had fantastic things to say, which is why we chose them.
