With a business degree from the University of Maryland and a J.D. from the Catholic University of America, he has been a member of the Virginia Bar since 1986 and the Florida Bar since 1995. In a career that has encompassed everything from in-house counsel for an international consulting firm to partner in a law firm, his negotiation and contract expertise have been honed by years of complex transactions, including 200 Million+Dollars US Navy missile contracts, the purchase and sale of businesses, and Florida commercial real estate contracts too numerous to count.
