Lea Williams

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. That said, in my experience as a real estate agent, I put my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

Personal Profile: I have been involved with buying and selling real estate, investment property and property management for over 25 years giving me a vast knowledge of the importance of service to my clients. I specialize in finding your Dream Home or Selling with an extraordinary experience whether it be Resort, Residential and Luxury homes, Waterfront, Golf Course homes, investment and income property, short sales, bank owned foreclosed properties, 1031 exchange or self-directed real estate IRA's.

Specializations: I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, Coeur d'Alene Association of Realtors, and the Coeur d'Alene & Sandpoint Multiple Listing Services (MLS). I am a Certified Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS), and a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and have helped many homeowners and buyers in the sale and purchase their Dream Homes from Waterfront to backcountry. I am also extremely knowledgeable of Bank Owned or Short Sale distressed properties in all price ranges.

Other Awards and Recognitions: Prior to my real estate career, I was a manager of an investment company and spent 15 successful years in sales and marketing management with IBM in Kansas City and Los Angeles where I became a leader known for quality, service and results in everything I do. I am originally from Southern California and hold a Business Marketing degree from the University of Southern California. My passion is to 'help others fulfill their real estate dreams' whether buying or selling.

Hobbies: I am very active in the community. I am actively involved with Habitat for Humanity, Coeur d'Alene School District and the tennis community. My husband John and I met in college on the Around the World floating campus 'Semester at Sea' and have two adult children. I enjoy skiing, boating, tennis and living the Idaho lifestyle. My philosophy is to artfully unite an extraordinary property with your extraordinary life. So when you decide that you'd like to buy or sell a home in the Coeur d'Alene area, please feel free to give me a call!
