Nicole is AMAZING! She sold two of our houses for us. One of them was sold in 3 days and the other (at a higher price point) in 13 days. She bends over backwards at every step. She even found us a plumber when we had a sewer issue uncovered during the inspection. She helped us price a unique property with literally NO comps and nailed it. Nicole sold our family home in 2016. It was a great experience. She knows the market and is experienced. She helped advise us on strategic marketing and had top notch photography and brochures created for our home. Everything was handled. The We had 24 offers to chose from. It was a quick sell and then we were on to a new home. Nicole found us a beautiful brand new home overlooking the beautiful lake.
