Tina Montevecchi is a former school teacher from New York and moved to Florida in 2002. She taught both Literature and Science in middle and high school. The hallmarks of her teaching persona were patience and a conviction that educating pupils to ensure full understanding of all material was paramount. Tina has taken those key characteristics and melded them into her real estate career. Knowing that buying or selling a home is one of the most important and significant things a person will ever do, Tina won t leave a single stone unturned when it comes to making sure her customers are totally satisfied and comfortable throughout the process.
Tina specializes in the Viera/Suntree areas, but is familiar with all of central Brevard. She has effectively assisted a number of customers through the short sale process and feels extremely comfortable in this specialty. However, there is nothing Tina loves more than helping people find their dream home. She has taken her 14 years of living in the Brevard area and converted that into what feels like a lifetime of viewing homes and familiarizing herself with all the different aspects of our unique communities. Spending time getting to know her buyers and their lifestyle priorities is her first step to locating their perfect home. She gives her heart, organizational skills and attention to detail to every aspect of the selling or home buying process. Hence, Tina has an extended family of grateful customers.
When Tina isn t engaged in her real estate practice, she is likely out and about with her husband and two sons. Tina also loves reading, movies, skiing, cooking/baking and travel. She has traveled extensively around the world and believes much of her ability to form great relationships with her customers is due to her travels and meeting such a broad range of people from different cultures. Growing up in Brooklyn, NY and graduating from Wagner College with a BA in Political Science and Pre-Law
