Vanessa Torchia

Originally from Bogotá, Colombia. Vanessa has a balanced experience working with sellers and buyers. She is passionate in learning the different areas of Colorado and studies the neighborhoods to best serve her clients, including but not limited to local entertainment, school districts, restaurants and points of interest. Vanessa has been an active member in her local community for the last 7 years and her focus is to help the homeless population.
Combining what she learned as a graduate with a degree in Finance plus several years’ experience in the banking industry have provided her with valuable skills that she uses in educating home buyers and sellers about strategies that help them accomplish their real estate dreams. Her friends and clients often describe her as detail-oriented, organized, and very proactive. She is a1n excellent communicator, and her fun, bubbly personality quickly puts clients at ease, making each part of the transaction an enjoyable and positive experience.
