Heather M. Sneddon, J.D.

Heather M Sneddon, JD is a licensed attorney-turned-real estate agent. Born and raised along the Wasatch Front, she spent her childhood working and playing in Utah’s mountains before heading east to Rhode Island for college. She rowed for the crew team and developed an obsession with Dunkin’ Donuts before graduating from the prestigious Brown University. After graduation, her yearning for the Beehive State and its vast outdoor playground brought her back to Utah to continue her education, and she obtained her law degree from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah.

Over the course of the next 18 years, Heather worked as a lawyer litigating complex, high-stakes cases, honing her skills as a fierce advocate, problem solver, sound strategist, and effective negotiator for her clients. She has been recognized among “Utah’s Legal Elite” in Civil Litigation, chosen for inclusion on the Best Lawyers® of America list for Commercial Litigation, named one of the “Top 50 Women Attorneys in the Mountain States,” rated a “Top Business Litigation Attorney” by Mountain States Super Lawyers, and selected as one of “America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators.” She also received the Utah State Bar President’s Award for exceptional service to the legal profession and community. She still maintains an active license with the Utah State Bar and is a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
