Lonnie Lopez

Lonnie Lopez began his Desert Mountain career when he moved to Scottsdale in 1994 where he has been a P.G.A. Golf Instructor for the last 21 years. At that time there were only three golf courses. Over the years he has seen and thoroughly understands how the area and Desert Mountain have grown to be the spectacular community that it is today. In 2005 Lonnie built his own custom home in Rio Verde and owns several rental properties in Phoenix. He also has a broad understanding of home construction with a specific interest in design and architecture. He is looking forward to sharing his knowledge as the local area expert. Lonnie was also involved in the build out of Las Campanas Golf Club in Sante Fe, New Mexico where he was born and raised. He has also taught at other elite facilities including Innisbrook in Tampa, Florida, and the The Glacier Club in Durango, Colorado, as well as, twelve years with the legendary Jim Flick and the Nicklaus / Flick Golf Schools. As a dedicated professional, he has a tremendous value of relationships, communication, and continually strives to be an excellent real estate expert resource. Lonnie resides in Scottsdale where his interests are in music, reading and is very proud of his only son who is in the military and continues to serve our country around the world.
