Ronald Poulton

Ron is an Associate Broker with a BS degree and major in Real Estate. A broker since 1971 with both corporate and commercial transaction experience, he owned and operated offices in south Orange County for 20 years and in the Desert since 1996. With hundreds of closed residential sales in the Valley, Ron know the housing inventory in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Pal Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Indio. He?s also an experienced negotiator and very familiar with 1031 tax deferred exchanges.
