With an extensive network of both local and international clientele, Katherine harnesses her expert negotiating skills to achieve the best outcome in every deal, always ensuring that the experience is stress-free. Her diligence, responsiveness, and drive to own every detail is why most of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals.
Katherine is affiliated with both Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty and TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, the Washington Metropolitan Area’s premier luxury real estate brokerage. Real estate has given Katherine the opportunity to share her penchant for historic home sales—essential in greater Boston’s historic real estate market. One of her most historically significant sales involved Bowlingly on the Maryland shore, best known as the house that was pillaged by the British during the War of 1812.
Having personally relocated both domestically and internationally, Katherine identifies especially with buyers seeking to relocate from urban to suburban locales. Prior to her real estate career, Katherine worked in the international consulting arena in The Netherlands, Florence, and London, followed by fifteen years of living and working in the nation’s capital. Her experience in cross-cultural communications allows her to effectively serve clients of different backgrounds today.
Katherine’s track record of success has earned her various awards and accolades, including a Top Producer designation from Washingtonian Magazine. She resides with her husband and two children in Newton, where she manifests her passion for giving back to her community. Katherine is highly active in the Waban Improvement Society, Waban Women’s Club, Newton Food Pantry, and DeCordova Sculpture Park and Museum, and contributes to the Parish of Good Shepherd Church in Newton, Feed the Fight DC and Boston, and her children’s schools.
