Betsy Millane’s instincts for client service were sharpened at an early age by her father, a real estate professional who instilled in Betsy the importance of owning every facet of the transaction for her clients. Though real estate is certainly in her blood, Betsy’s career is founded upon her own passion for helping clients with their most significant investment. Her vast network, expert negotiation skills, and strategic marketing techniques have enabled her to cultivate a long list of loyal repeat and referral clients, while her boundless energy and engaging personality make her a pleasure to work with. Betsy’s high-touch approach and get-it-done attitude have made her a trusted advisor for buyers and sellers of all kinds—from young professionals searching for their first home to downsizing couples dreaming of a high-rise.
With a longstanding passion for real estate and interior design, Betsy has the ability to help buyers visualize a space to its full potential and assist sellers in getting their home in top shape to put on the market. She teaches a course on “Staging Using Your Own Things” to educate sellers on highlighting their home's most impressive assets with what they already own, helping maximize their sale price and minimize their home’s time on the market.
Betsy is a licensed Realtor in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Boston College and attended the University of Lancaster in Lancashire, England. Committed about extending her spirit of service to her local community, Betsy leads the Women’s Business Group in Wellesley, the Networking Group USA Chapter in Needham, and the Book Circle. She serves on the Needham Cultural Council, the Needham-Newton Chamber of Commerce, and The Needham Women’s Club. Additionally, Betsy writes for publications for her church in Wellesley.
Betsy’s free time pursuits include baking for her clients and friends, biking, gardening, and road tripping to see her children and family in Boulder, San Francisco, Chicago, and Michigan. On her perfect day off, you can find Betsy browsing a good bookstore and exploring new restaurants in her community.
