Caitlin comes to Gibson Sotheby’s with a financial services background, having worked for over 10 years in various sales, operations and customer service roles. Prior to joining Gibson Sotheby's, she was the Director of Sales and Operations at John Hancock, where she gained expertise managing the sales process, as well as extensive knowledge on the day-to-day operations of business transactions.
Caitlin graduated from Boston College in 1995, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing at the Carroll School of Management. She has lived and owned property in Boston, Canton, Westwood and Cape Cod. Focusing on cities/towns where she has lived and owned gives her a great knowledge of those areas on a business and personal level.
Caitlin’s focus for all her clients is availability and service. She works hard to build personal relationships with all her clients. By putting her clients first, Caitlin has helped first-time home buyers and their families navigate their way through the complicated real estate process. Her love for real estate shows in her excitement when her clients find that perfect home.
