As the listing agent for Derby Brook townhomes in Hingham John was instrumental during a six-year permitting process and coordinated a three-year build out of the 20 townhomes. Entire complex was sold out six months prior to completion. John recently listed and sold the first reseal there. Prior to real estate John had a 25 year career in graphic communications where he was a key client manager in developing the initial web based marketing and print the Sotheby's international Realty corporate New York headquarters. Originally from Ridgewood New Jersey, John has resided on the South Shore for over 40 years. He earned a bachelors of science in print management from Rochester Institute of technology. He has continued his career in real estate earning advanced designations as a Certified Buyer Agent (CBR) and Senior Relocation Specialist (SRS). An avid golfer, skier, fisherman, carpenter and handyman. John enjoys spending time with family and friends. Being a long time resident of Hingham and raising his family there he now resides in Marshfield giving him better knowledge of the real estate market for the entire South Shore.
