Adam Brawer began his career in real estate out of a love for style, design and aesthetic. Adam’s knowledge, meticulous attention to detail and service-based approach allows him to offer an exceptional experience when buying or selling property, where he focuses on the renowned areas of Malibu, the Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood and surrounding areas. Born and raised in New York City, Adam attended Tulane University in New Orleans, where he was a member of the Division I track team. Adam graduated from The University of Miami, where he was awarded an academic scholarship, earning degrees in international studies and communications with a focus on film.
Prior to his career in real estate, Adam served as a producer working on multiple feature films and television series for Universal, Sony, Fox, NBC, Lionsgate and VH1 among others. Before that, Adam was part of the creative development team at Fremantle Media, home of American Idol, where he packaged television pilots with platinum recording artists including Lauryn Hill, Timbaland and 50 Cent’s G-Unit. Adam got his start at the famed William Morris Endeavor Agency (WME) in Beverly Hills servicing a roster of television clients.
With well over a decade of business experience, Adam is highly versed at complex negotiations, crafting creative deals, and managing international transactions with multiple parties. Through his years in entertainment, Adam has garnered an impressive network of high-end clients including senior executives and celebrities.
When he is not working with clients, Adam leads an active lifestyle devoting his time to yoga, tennis, hiking and meditation. Adam is also an avid traveler, having lived in Europe and traveled extensively, giving him a global business perspective and deep understanding of cultural nuances.
Additionally, Adam regularly gives back by leading weekly gratitude meditations at OPCC, a Santa Monica homeless shelter. Adam has an innate desire to help people live more fulfilling lives and has found a deeper appreciation for life through service.
