Born and raised in Naples, Todd is passionate about his community and possesses an innate awareness of what makes Naples the crown jewel of Southwest Florida. His ingrained expertise is unique to an individual born and raised in Collier County.

Upon graduating from the University of Alabama with a degree in business and communications, Todd returned to his Naples roots and embarked on a career in management at one of the largest and most highly recognized construction firms in the area.

After 14 years gaining extensive knowledge of the real estate market, Todd joined Gulf Coast International Properties. His hands-on experience in the luxury real estate and development arena has given Todd exceptional knowledge of land value, building costs and quality construction.

With over 20 years experience in building and selling luxury homes, Todd’s commitment to his clients is to deliver impeccable service, integrity, and expert knowledge of Naples luxury home market.
