Manulani Acosta has been a full-time Realtor since 2005, successfully turning her passion into her career. Manulani was born in Miami, Fl. but spent her adolescence going back and forth between Miami and Paterson, N.J. She was mesmerized by her grandfather, a Paterson Police Officer/ Entrepreneur whom she watched buy businesses, purchase rehabs and flip houses in both Miami and New Jersey. After obtaining her Sales Associates license Manulani dove into the industry at full speed. In 2008 she obtained her Broker License and opened her own firm, and later franchised in 2010. During it all, she quickly began her career in commercial real estate and began representing tenants such as Segafredo, Brickell Irish Pub, Oishi Thai. With her experience and urgency, Manulani has also earned the prestigious Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) from the (ILHMS) Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. Members of the Institute who hold the CLHMS designation have documented exceptional performance in the TOP 10 percentile their residential markets, having successfully demonstrated expertise in the luxury home market. Manulani is currently working as District Manager / Broker Associate for Canvas Real Estate. She is one of five managing brokers that represent five offices and over eight hundred agents throughout South Florida. She manages 135 real estate agents from her Doral office on a daily basis, responsible for the growth of the branch by both agent count, retention, and production, while simultaneously providing a regular calendar and open door policy for support. She also is responsible for training and mentoring agents. Manulani is active in the Realtor community on both a local and state level. In 2017 she sat on the Leadership Board for Miami Realtors YPN (Young Professionals Network) providing information and education for young professionals in the industry. She has been on the Board of Directors for Florida Realtors for 2017, 2018 and 2019. On her spare time, Manulani enjoys staying active with her family and boating on Miami's warm waters.
