Craig Heger is the Closing Manager and has been an essential part of the team since 2013.
Craig meets every challenge with quiet determination, a trait he began to hone years ago. When he was only in the 6th grade, Craig decided he was going to have a Siberian Husky. Not realizing then how dedicated he was to this goal, his father made a bet with him. Craig had to keep A's and B's during the 6th grade. He ended up with a perfect 4.0 and a beautiful Siberian husky that he still has today. Thanks, Dad. After graduating from Cleary University in Michigan where he excelled in corporate finance, Craig decided to move to Florida at his sister’s request, who was already living here. He immediately found opportunity with the one the largest hedge fund companies in the U.S. and sold over $15 million in properties at only 23.
Now at 28, Craig has facilitated hundreds of successfully closed transactions and wears every hat from showing property to final negotiations. From start to finish, he closely attends to every detail to ensure a smooth and ejoyable closing experience. Craig, in joining Jeff’s Team, has experienced sales in homes, condos, and vacant land on the north end of Jupiter to Boca Raton on the south end. He has experience in gated golf and non-gated communities along with waterfront living.
Craig handles everything from entering the listing in MLS to working with the title company to close out the transaction. He is in constant communication with you. Craig quarterbacks the start of the listing, keeps track of all critical dates that must be met, and works diligently to make sure the closing goes smoothly. From making keys to meeting the inspector to driving you to the airport, Craig will be there for you. He believes in showing up to work early, working late, and making sure the client is happy. Most of all, he believes anything can happen because you never know who you are going to meet.

We first met Craig in the summer of 2016, when he became our selling agent for our rental property in PGA National (a golf community in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida).
