Jared Blank is a native Coloradoan and is the third generation of real estate brokers in his family. Growing up in Denver, as well as the south suburbs, he is intimately familiar with the neighborhoods that make the metro-area so desirable. Jared has a passion for design and holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the University of Colorado. His architectural background is an added advantage that has complimented him well throughout many recent transactions.
Before joining Sotheby's International Realty in 2011, Jared worked at Fentress Architect's Denver office. During his time at Fentress he worked on a wide range of large-scale commercial projects including the Tom Bradley Terminal Modernization at Los Angeles International Airport, and locally on the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center. It was here that Jared gained an appreciation for working under demanding deadlines and thriving in high-pressure situations. In addition to his role on these commercial projects, Jared also has the experience of working for two local design firms that specialized in building custom homes and mixed-use multi-family projects. He has a passion for sustainable design and is also LEED AP accredited. Using his experience from the architecture industry, he has focused his skills into serving each client with a comprehensive and detailed approach to residential real estate.
Energetic and dedicated, Jared places a high value on evaluating each client's needs and demands. Jared works with his father Steve Blank and partner Kacey Bingham. Steve has been one of Denver's leading brokers for over 30 years and is the managing broker of the company's downtown Denver office. Together the three of them have over 55 years of combined experience and the skills to navigate any real estate situation. They have brokered numerous sales of important homes: In 2018, they sold one of only two condos over $4 million in the city of Denver. From 2017 - 2018 their team also sold a third of all condos in Denver priced over $2 million, and in 2017 they sold two of the six highest condos in the city that year. At least half of their business is however in the most active segment of the market; closer to the median home price in Denver and they have truly closed transactions across every price-point.
Jared currently lives in South Denver with his wife and son. When he is not selling real estate, he can be found spending his time on the ski slopes, traveling, and enjoying the Colorado outdoors.
