With more than 15 years of experience, Brooke is known for her excellence and integrity in the Vail Valley community. Maline is originally from Tempe, Arizona, and has a unique knack for luxury real estate. Starting in the industry from the age of 19 in luxury new home sales, she gained valuable experience assisting and transaction coordinating for top-producing real estate professionals in Scottsdale, AZ; and Aspen, Denver and Vail, Colorado.
“Brooke is an incredible addition to the Vail Valley team. She has proven herself as an extremely knowledgeable real estate professional, assisting with over 750 transactions and $1 billion in sales volume over the years,” explains Dan Fitchett, vice president, managing broker of LIV Sotheby’s International Realty’s Vail Valley offices. “We are beyond excited for her to be on the team and assist her clients utilizing the competitive tools that we offer.”
Maline prides herself on setting her clients up for success by focusing on delivering the smoothest process possible. She gets to know her clients and their goals and then helps achieve those goals with her tenacious attention to detail and problem-solving mentality.
Negotiating contracts, delivering an accurate pricing strategy, and finding a home that fits buyers’ needs are all critical pieces to a successful real estate experience that Maline achieves by keeping her clients informed and providing excellent customer service.
“Buying and selling a home is one of the most emotionally and financially significant decisions in a person’s life and I take great pride in playing a key role in the process,” says Maline.
Brooke loves living in the Vail Valley with her husband Steve, who is a Chef, and their adorable Lagotto Romagnolo Tartufi. Her favorite aspects of Vail are the small-town charm, the breathtaking scenery, and all of the endless activities at their doorstep including mountain biking, hiking, river paddleboarding, yoga, skiing, and snowshoeing.
