Tim Lynn

Harry Norman Realtors® Corporate

Description

Tim has called Atlanta home for nearly 30 years and has witnessed its growth in culture, diversity, dining, the arts and so many other great things. Having lived in New York (Long Island), Miami, Cincinnati, and the suburbs of Washington DC overlooking the Potomac River, each city featured differing housing opportunities with Tim having lived in high rise buildings, a townhouse, an authentic loft, and in a single-family detached home. Today, Tim and his spouse along with their two French Bulldogs reside in a custom-built contemporary home. Their collaborative effort with Atlanta’s TaC Studios produced a stunning getaway home within the heart of Northeast Atlanta. While Tim appreciates all types of architectural design, clean contemporary open spaces are his favorite.

Tim served the public for more than 30 years at The Department of Treasury and continues serving others through his passion, selling real estate. With real estate being his top priority, Tim also stays active in so many other ways, ways that continually offer exposure to new clients and new opportunities while continuously educating himself on how to better serve everyone.

Rounding out his passion for selling real estate, Tim is also:

•Advanced tennis player with more than 40 years of experience
•Formerly certified USTA and Intercollegiate tennis official
•Graduate of the University of Georgia’s Master Gardener Extension Program, volunteering his time to maintain the Native Plant and Wildlife Walk
•Volunteer at the Midtown Assistance Center – Atlanta, GA
•DeKalb County Notary Public
•New REALTOR® mentoring

While many may think that luxury is only at a particular price point or possession, Tim defines true luxury as the ability to exceed his client’s expectations at every step of the way towards buying and selling a home.
